
so i saw this challenge on sparkpeople.com about 90 in 09. The funny thing is that is exactly what i was thinking of trying for. i want to weight under 300 by january 1st. So i know i have a lot of work in front of me. I have been eating good and today i took a walk at lunch and i will be trying to do at least 30 minutes a day of some kind of excersize. well lets keep on keeping on.
